Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of angel-serv.com, including its interactive demonstrations and public documentation (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Angel Software Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Angel-Serv ("Angel-Serv," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is an informational site describing our consulting practice. It includes interactive demonstrations such as The Aquarium and links to systems we build and operate. The Site does not offer user accounts, and nothing on the Site requires you to submit personal information to browse it.

2. Consulting engagements

Content on the Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Consulting engagements are governed exclusively by separate written agreements signed by both parties. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Angel-Serv wing mark, page designs, demonstrations, and code that delivers the Site — are owned by Angel Software Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks to suggest endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or other visitors' use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data connected to the Site;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written authorization;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

5. Demonstrations

Interactive demonstrations on the Site (including The Aquarium) are provided for illustration and entertainment. They may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice, and no aspect of a demonstration is a commitment about the features of any product or engagement.

6. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to external sites and services, including AgentReef (agentreef.net) and the AI Battle Arena (arena.angel-serv.com), and loads fonts from third-party servers. Those sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGEL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angel Software Solutions LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
